The Creditors Committee in the bankruptcy reform: PBG Ltd exhibited its experiences (31/05/2012)
The reform of the Bankruptcy Law has established several new procedures including also the Creditors' Committee: an organ comparable in the Bakruptcy procedure within the statutory auditors of a company. However, despite the importance of this institution the research shows very often the same is not established, because on the one hand the responsibilities that it entails for which even the payment of a financial contribution acts as an incentive, and the other probably not knowledge of the changes introduced by the reform.
