The asset evaluation asset: considerations on the role of the expert in a European context (13/09/2012)
The expert is a figure which often relies on the exploitation of all types of property, whether movable or immovable, ignoring, however, that these figures do not always make their own estimates specialized in consideration of the sale on the market, but rather on the basis of evaluations very theoretical and impractical. This practice often affect all Italian activities of the sale of the bankruptcy, have been noticed for a long time in the rest of Europe, where assessments are carried out directly by the employees to the sale, which from experience are familiar with the markets and their prerogatives
